Unit Assessments
The EEI units use various alternative assessment strategies to address a wide variety of teaching and learning styles. Both a Traditional and an Alternative Unit Assessment are provided at the beginning of each EEI unit, including a description, scoring suggestions, preparation time, and assessment guidelines. To gauge your students' progress, assessments are also provided in each lesson within the EEI.
To keep your students engaged in the assessment process, you can consider involving them in the decision of which assessment best fits their learning style.
